Zalando had the great idea of coming up with a gamified method to make talks between employees and their leads more purposeful and less awkward.
With „Development Talk in a Box“ we dived into a wonderful mix of packaging design, illustration and conceptualising the visual implementation of an idea which was very vague initally yet nicely thought through by the end.
